La Betulla - Wildlife Watching Escursions is a well known reality based in the middle of the Abruzzo National Park. With its official guides and infrastructures palmarès La Betulla will give you the opportunity to explore the very forests of Abruzzo in search of the most elusive and rare animals of the italian fauna. Between the most fascinating species the Marsican Brown Bear is certainly the best example of what this territories have to offer: with its 60 bears population is the rarest bear subspecies on Earth and we are contributing protect it by promoting sustainable tourism and environmental advertising during our activities. Along with Marsican Brown Bears you may spot many other protected spcies like the Italian Wolf, Red Deers and Golden Eagles are just some of the wildlife encounters possible during our escursions.
The hikes are planned according to group basic skills and needs to maximize the partecipants experience. Photographic sessions or botanic, enogastronomical and historical routes may be set according to partecipants requests.
